I spent the day with 9 or 10 of my co-workers working on a house for the Clay County Habitat for Humanity. To the best of my knowledge, there was only one mangled thumb from an errant swing of the hammer.

About this blog:
"Filatore" was originally created as a way to track the adventures of an Italian deployment back in 2006 (Filatore=Spinner in Italian). Since then, it's morphed a few times, and after a period of relative dormancy, will document our urban existence over the next year.
