There are a lot of things I like about Christmas, but one of my favorite things is the tradition of sending out AND receiving picture Christmas Cards. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for all of the Christmas Cards we received, but I really enjoy the picture cards. In our 12 years of marriage, Ginger & I have always sent out picture cards, and to promote and encourage this tradition, I've decided to post all of the picture cards we receive this year.
We had a bumper crop this year---23 picture cards, and that's not including the Roxema's annual Groundhog's Day card. When we get a picture card, I put a piece of tape on the back and it gets stuck up on the wall in a position of honor. After the Holidays, we take them down and attach them to the inside of the kitchen cabinets (ala Gai Gai Quarterman). It was Charles Dickens who said, "I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year." In our house, we remember it everytime we open the kitchen cabinets!
So in no particular order, here are the cards we received this year. Enjoy your 15 minutes of Internet fame!

So if our card ends up being a New Year card or a Newish Year card will you still post it on the website! That will determine if I end up sending any this year or not! ;) Great idea!

Hey you chopper - one is notably missing from this stack! Probably in the same place as the Thank You note I mailed out.
