We are spending the week in the Outer Banks. It's Eric's (Ginger's brother) 30th birthday, and they rented a house for the week just south of Cape Hatteras.

"Filatore" was originally created as a way to track the adventures of an Italian deployment back in 2006 (Filatore=Spinner in Italian). Since then, it's morphed a few times, and after a period of relative dormancy, will document our urban existence over the next year.
