I am taking some graduate classes in Washington, D.C, and was fortunate to spend Friday & Saturday night with our good friends Leigh and Doc. They insisted on posing beneath the famous Michael Jackson painting.

"Filatore" was originally created as a way to track the adventures of an Italian deployment back in 2006 (Filatore=Spinner in Italian). Since then, it's morphed a few times, and after a period of relative dormancy, will document our urban existence over the next year.
